Terms Of Service

These terms govern tours and chauffeured transportation booked with Hamptons Wine Tours. By placing a booking you agree to them.

Bookings are confirmed once we reply in writing with the date, time, vehicle, and itinerary. Quoted prices cover the vehicle and driver for the hours booked; winery tasting fees, food, and gratuities are not included unless stated otherwise in your confirmation.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged. We may cancel or reschedule a tour for severe weather or vehicle failure, in which case you receive a full refund or an alternative date.

Itineraries depend on winery availability and traffic. Groups of six or more usually require winery reservations, which we arrange where possible. We may adjust the route to keep the day running on time.

All passengers must be of legal drinking age to taste. Our drivers may refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or unsafe, and passengers are responsible for damage caused to a vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle or at a winery.
